Our proposal is for 77 much needed apartments. With the success of the surrounding buildings having done just this within the last 2 years, it is evident that a shortage of Build to Rent apartments, is apparent.

This application is our largest submission to date, which amongst other schemes, is something we have been working towards achieving for the last two years. The growth of our teams, primarily hiring the best suited heads for driving our projects forwards, whilst focusing on systems improvements and operating efficiencies, has been catalytic to this growth.
